Mosaic Mirror Design: Intro to Mosaics

DESCRIPTIONJoin artist Barbara Henderson for a one-day workshop where you will create a stunning 12-inch round mosaic mirror. This kaleidoscope-like art piece will give you experience using a variety of materials, including glass and beads. Designed for both beginners and intermediate crafters, this four-hour class will introduce essential mosaic techniques such as tesserae placement, color design, and cutting and shaping materials to fit your unique vision. You will have the flexibility to position a 5-inch round mirror anywhere in your composition.

All materials and tools are provided, making this an easy, stress-free creative experience. While you will complete your mosaic during class, grouting will be done at home after the adhesive has fully dried.
