About the event
Bring your creativity—and an item from home—to transform into something uniquely yours! In this guided open studio, you'll have the opportunity to mosaic everyday objects, giving new life to items that might otherwise be discarded. From picture frames and trays to small furniture pieces, vases, and more, turn worn or overlooked objects into stunning, functional art.
What to Bring: Any small-to-medium item you’d like to enhance with mosaics. Great options include wooden boxes, mirrors, terra cotta pots, or even lamp bases. Upcycling thrifted or well-loved items is encouraged! If you don’t have an item, don’t worry—there will be materials available to experiment with.
What’s Provided: A selection of mosaic materials, tools, adhesives, and expert guidance to help you plan and execute your design. Scrap and repurposed materials will also be available to inspire eco-friendly creativity.
