Host a Creative Mosaic Party at Home!

Looking for a fun and unique way to gather with friends and family in the Puget Sound area? A mosaic home party brings creativity right to your doorstep! Whether you're celebrating a birthday, planning a girls' night out, organizing a private group event, or just looking for a hands-on artistic experience, I bring everything needed for a memorable time — all supplies, tools, and instruction included. No prior mosaic experience required. I teach private parties throughout the Puget Sound — Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Bainbridge Island, and surrounding areas. Just bring your enthusiasm and I'll guide your group through creating beautiful mosaic pieces to take home.

Garden Art

$40 per person

In this creative class you will craft a mosaic on a natural rock - perfect for enhancing your garden or creating a meaningful pet memorial marker. Using materials like glass, beads, ball chain, and lettered beads, you’ll design a unique and outdoor-safe piece. Stencils featuring popular subjects are provided to help inspire your design.

Bee/Bird Bath: A Functional and Beautiful Outdoor Piece

$60 per person

In this class you will design and craft a 14-inch terracotta saucer - perfect as a charming bee or bird bath for your garden. Using durable materials like glass and beads, you’ll learn essential mosaic techniques including tesserae placement and design layout to create a weather-resistant and functional outdoor art piece.

Mosaic Pendants – Wearable Art

$40 per person

Always a hit! Explore the art of creating unique mosaic pendants using glass, beads, and Apoxie Sculpt. At the end of the session each student will leave with two completed pendants for gifting or keeping as cherished accessories.

Mosaic Holiday Ornaments

$40 per person

Unleash your creativity and add a personal touch to your holiday decor! In this class you’ll create four dazzling mosaic ornaments using a variety of seasonal shapes, vibrant glass pieces, and beads. Bring your holiday spirit and leave with four unique ornaments to cherish or gift to loved ones!

Mosaic Mirrors: Craft a Reflective Work of Art

$60 per person

Unique and practical. In this engaging class you’ll create a mosaic mirror on a 12-inch wooden round, with the flexibility to place the 5-inch round mirror anywhere in your design. Work with materials like glass, ball chain and

beads to craft a truly personalized piece.

Garden Path Mosaics: Create a Stepping Stone

$60 per person

In this class, you’ll create a durable and weather-safe 12-inch stepping stone (or choose from a variety of shapes) to enhance your garden or outdoor space. Using vibrant glass and other mosaic materials, you’ll learn essential techniques like tesserae cutting, placement, and design composition.

Mosaic Heart: Create a Beautiful Symbol of Love

$60 per person

In this heartwarming class you’ll design and craft a 10-inch wooden heart, perfect as a decorative indoor art piece. Using vibrant glass, beads, and other materials, you’ll learn essential mosaic techniques including tesserae placement and design composition to bring your vision to life.

Not seeing exactly what you’re looking for? Let’s create a class that’s perfect for you! Whether it's a unique project or a specific design in mind, we can work together to bring your vision to life. Your personal creativity will guide the session and I’ll be there every step of the way to help make it a reality.

Q: What is the class size?

A: Classes require a minimum of 6 participants and can accommodate up to 15 people.

Q: Can we have food and beverages during the class?

A: While food and beverages are welcome, please keep them away from the mosaics. Glass and food don’t mix, and we want to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

Q: What should we wear?

A: Please wear closed-toe shoes and long pants for safety. Safety glasses are provided.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: The host is responsible for ensuring the minimum attendance of 6 participants. If fewer than 6 people attend, the host will still be charged for the minimum class size. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow for rescheduling or adjustments.

Q: What about grouting?

A: While you’ll complete the mosaic during class, grouting will be done at home after the adhesive has fully dried. A live grout demonstration during the session, along with provided supplies and access to a detailed instructional video, will give you everything you need to finish your project with confidence.

Q: How can I pay?

A: I accept Venmo, cash, checks, Zelle, and PayPal for your convenience.

Q: What kind of space is needed for the class?

A: We’ll need a work table for participants and a display table for materials. Ideally, the space should be non-carpeted to make cleanup easier.

Q: Do I need any experience to join?

A: Not at all! Our classes are designed for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced crafters. Everything you need will be provided.
