Bee & Bird Bath Mosaic Workshop - SOLD OUT

In this hands-on workshop, artist and instructor Barbara Henderson will guide you through designing and crafting a  beautiful and functional bee or bird bath from a 14-inch terracotta saucer.

Using vibrant glass, beads, and other durable materials, you’ll learn foundational mosaic techniques such as tesserae placement and design layout to create a weather-resistant piece of outdoor art. You’ll complete your mosaic design in class, while grouting will be done at home after the adhesive cures. A live demonstration, take-home supplies, and access to a detailed instructional video will give you the confidence to finish your project successfully.All tools and materials are provided—no experience necessary. Come away with a stunning mosaic bath that’s as welcoming to bees and birds as it is beautiful in your garden.

All materials provided for the course. Students are asked to bring eye protection and a bag lunch.
